Welcome to Sporting Journeys NE LTD, before proceeding with any bookings, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions. By using our service and making a booking, you acknowledge and accept the terms stated below:

Age Requirement:

  1. Parents must ensure that their child meets the minimum age requirement specified for each sports class offered by Sporting Journeys. It is the responsibility of the parent to verify the eligibility of their child for the chosen activity.

Parental Consent:

  1. Parents or legal guardians are required to provide consent for their child's participation in any sports class booked through Sporting Journeys. By making a booking, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child registered for the class.

Health and Medical Conditions:

  1. Parents must inform Sporting Journeys and the Coaches about any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that their child may have. It is the parent's responsibility to ensure that their child is fit to participate in the chosen activity.

Code of Conduct:

  1. Parents are responsible for communicating and enforcing appropriate behavior and sportsmanship to their child. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior from the child may lead to the child's suspension from the class without a refund.

Booking and Payment:

  1. All bookings for classes are to be made through Sporting Journeys secure online platform. Parents must make the necessary payments as specified during the booking process. Refunds for cancellations or non-attendance are subject to the cancellation policy set by Sporting Journeys.

Schedule Changes and Cancellations:

  1. Sporting Journeys reserves the right to modify the schedule, cancel, or make any necessary changes to the sports classes. In the event of any changes, Sporting Journeys will make reasonable efforts to notify parents promptly.

Liability and Insurance:

  1. While Sporting Journeys takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of participants during the sports classes, we cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur. Parents are advised to review the insurance policies and liability terms of Sporting Journeys and the respective sports facilities or Coaches.

Intellectual Property:

  1. All content on the Sporting Journeys website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and educational materials, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the property of Sporting Journeys or its respective owners. Parents and their children must not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

Data Protection and Privacy:

  1. Sporting Journeys will collect and process personal information as outlined in its Privacy Policy. By using the service, parents agree to the collection, processing, and storage of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Modification of Terms:

  1. Sporting Journeys reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents through email or notifications on the website. Continued use of the service after the modification indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
